Steampunk Clothing Trick – Jodhpurs

Jodhpurs are tight fitting pants and boots worn by horseback riders, but their look and style do derive from a long time passing and can fit in with a steampunk garb if one fashions it correctly so. For a women, jodhpur pants with knee high jodhpur pants, and a frock with low neckline undershirt can be gotten away with. Men can wear something similar, but it is recommended to skip the jodhpur boots for a more heavy duty thigh length boot, preferably with belt buckles. In the case of a man wearing jodhpur pants they should compliment it with a longer over jacket such as a frock or three-quarter length jacket. A pocket watch in the front, and nice lapels make a good statement. This is recommended garb for nobleman, and royalty that enjoy horseback riding. Not recommended for those dressing as steam punk characters of a rougher type such as welders, scientists, magicians, or ballisticas.
